Help with scanning, deleting, Pro, and permissions
No. TidyDisk moves files to the Trash, and photos to the Photos app's Recently Deleted. Nothing leaves your Mac's own safety net until you empty it yourself.
macOS grants apps access only to folders you pick. Choose a folder when prompted and TidyDisk remembers it for future scans. You can revoke access in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
